Commitment

Commitment is what transforms a promise into a reality.

It is the words that speak boldly of your intentions

and the actions which speak louder than the words.

It is making the time when there is none.

It is coming through time after time after time,

year after year after year.Commitment is the

stuff character is made of.

Attitude

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.    Attitude, it seems to me, is more important than facts.  It is more     important than the past, than education, than money, than successes,      than what other people think or do.  It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.  It will make or break a company...a church...a home.    The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we must embrace for that day.  We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.  The only thing we can do is play on the one thing    we have and that is our attitude.  I am convinced that life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.  And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes."

(from Bison basketball)

And so it is with golf.  Your attitude is going to determine how much you will        enjoy the game.  Whether you can hit a bad shot, forget about it, and move on         to the next.  Whether  you are in control of yourself...or not.  Attitude will      determine how you practice and how you play.  How you relate to your      teammates.  Your attitude...actions and reactions...will make the difference.
